Schoolchildren prepared for a meeting with a tick
Children's programs within the framework of the project "Tick. Catch it red-handed" programs are up and running!
On May 20, the Grodekovo Museum was visited by children from the summer school camp. The pupils had an interactive lesson where they learned important information related to the tick.
The children got acquainted with the hero of the project in the form of a game. With the help of riddles, active games and interesting facts about ticks, children learned about its life cycle, how it hunts, what disease it carries and who is its worst enemy. During the games the children also learned how important it is to act when bitten by a tick.
