Consent to the processing of personal data

I, the User of the website https://hkm.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website) hereby give my consent to the KGBNUK "Khabarovsk Krai Museum named after N.I. Grodekov" (INN 2721024668) to process my personal data under the following conditions, as well as under the conditions specified in the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy posted at the following address https://https://hkm.ru./privacy.

Categories of personal data processed: common.

List of personal data to be processed: name (to the extent provided by the User), e-mail address, telephone number.

Purposes of personal data processing: for the purpose of informing the User by sending e-mails.

Legal Basis: 1) the Operator's statutory (founding) documents; 2) contracts concluded between the Operator and the subject of personal data; 3) the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; 4) the Federal Law No. 149-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection"; 5) other regulatory acts governing relations related to the Operator's activities and regulatory documents of authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation; 6) consent of personal data subjects to the processing of their personal data.

Methods of personal data processing: mixed processing of personal data (non-automated and with the use of means of automation, with or without transmission of the received information via network).
 
 Actions with personal data in the course of their processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

Consent Term: from the date of provision of personal data by Users with their consent (in applicable cases) until the purpose of personal data processing is achieved or until the User revokes his/her consent to personal data processing/the Operator receives a request to stop personal data processing, unless another term is provided for by applicable law.

Withdrawal of Consent: The consent may be withdrawn by the User at any time by sending the Operator a written application of the User to the Operator's e-mail address museum@hkm.ru The User's application must contain an indication of the applicant's surname and first name and an indication to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data provided to the Operator.

2. For the purposes of concluding and executing a contract
