Chinese Regional contest of online projects of municipal museums of Khabarovsk Krai "Point of Attraction - Museum
From July 25 to November 25, 2022, a contest of online projects among municipal museums of Khabarovsk Krai "Point of Attraction - Museum" will be held.
The contest is organized by the N.I. Grodekov Khabarovsk Territory Museum and the Association of Museums of Khabarovsk Territory. The contest is organized by the N.I. Grodekov Khabarovsk Krai Museum and the Khabarovsk Krai Museum Association and is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of V.K. Arsenyev's birth.
The contest is aimed at increasing the level of accessibility of digital excursion and exhibition products, developing the digital culture of the region's museums and forming a positive image of Khabarovsk Krai. The aim of the contest is to increase museum attendance and popularize the cultural and historical heritage of the region through the creation of a museum digital product.
Contest Nominations:
- "Best Virtual Exhibition" - an original digital exhibition of items from the museum's collection, published on the museum's website or its social media accounts;
- "Best Virtual Tour" - an original online tour of a museum, exposition, exhibition;
- "Best Virtual Collection Publication" - online review of a museum exhibit, museum collection, and museum holdings;
- "Best cycle/rubric/series" - a number of publications (at least three) united by one theme/issue/history, etc;
- "Virtual Local Lore. Explorers of the Far East" is an original online project/publication/exhibition dedicated to the explorers of Khabarovsk Krai and the Far East.
Requirements for competitive projects
To participate in the competition, you must send your application up to and including October 15, 2022 to: museum@hkm.ru.
The results based on the jury's decision will be summarized no later than November 18, 2022, and published on the websites of the Krai Government, the Ministry of Culture of the Krai, the Grodekovsky Museum and the Association of Museums of Khabarovsk Krai.
According to the results of the competition, on November 23, 2022, the Grodekovsky Museum will host an award ceremony with the presentation of certificates of participants and diplomas, certificates for internships in leading federal museums in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The Business Museum program will also take place that day.
Regulation_Contest Point of Attraction - Museum
The business program includes a round table and training, which is part of the final stage of the competition and provides for the full-time participation of one representative of the museum. Transportation costs are covered by the organizers of the competition. The business program is coordinated by the Association of Museums of Khabarovsk Krai.
