To the museum with the whole family

The museum is great for family educational activities. Regardless of the family - parents and child, grandmother and several children, etc. - You can explore our halls on your own or with a guided tour. The museum educators will help you choose the most comfortable route for everyone. 

• The thematic tour lasts 45 minutes, it takes place in one exhibit and either introduces the entire hall or focuses on a narrow topic.  
• The sightseeing tour lasts 1 hour and 20 minutes, the route includes several expositions. 
• If a tour of the museum is not enough for you, we invite you to an hour-long walking excursion "Leafing with the first pages". The route includes the park territory around the museum, the observation deck of the Amur Utesa, a part of Shevchenko Street. Shevchenko street.

If you're not sure if your kids are ready for a field trip, visit the program's activities "Weekend at the Museum.", which take place every Saturday and Sunday for groups and are not additionally paid.

The exhibit labels and texts, as well as brochure booklets, which can be found in the museum gift store, help adults to get acquainted with the halls on their own. We recommend to begin acquaintance with the museum with exhibitions "Nature of Khabarovsk territory", "The Amur museum" and interactive expositions "Peasant Farmstead on the Amur" (Main Building) and "Labyrinths of the Underground." (Museum of Archaeology).
