Проект «Наследие тысячелетий»
The project "Heritage of the Millennium" is dedicated to artifacts of indigenous peoples of Khabarovsk Krai from the collection of the Khabarovsk Krai Museum named after N.I. Grodekov.
The museum's ethnographic collection is considered one of the best in Russia, featuring unique exhibits reflecting the material and spiritual culture of the Nanai, Nivkh, Udegei, Orochi, Evenks and other aboriginal ethnic groups of the region. The antiquities are about two centuries old, but they preserve the cultural features of the tribes and peoples that replaced each other in this territory over five millennia.
Transneft-Far East LLC is implementing a charitable project involving the reorganization and renovation of the interiors of three halls of the Traditional Culture of Khabarovsk Krai Peoples exposition of the museum. The exposition of these halls was renewed about 20 years ago. Meanwhile, there are a lot of items in the storerooms, which visitors could see only in case of specialized exhibitions. The implementation of the project allowed to make unique exhibits available to the general public.
