Chinese Temporary visiting rules
To protect its visitors and staff, the museum introduces temporary visiting rules.
When you are in the museum, we ask you to follow the usual rules for visiting public places:
- Wash your hands or use an antiseptic after contact with surfaces. You may wear your own gloves if you wish.
- For your safety and the safety of those around you, keep a social distance of 1.5 meters from other visitors, except for your family and friends who came with you.
- Each room has a defined maximum capacity of visitors. Museum staff may ask you to wait until other visitors have left the space.
Order for the museum to work as usual.
For your comfort and safety, we offer an alternative to guided tours - QR - codes placed in the halls. There are video materials available at the links, supplementing the information on the subject of the exhibition. We recommend connecting to the Wi-Fi network GRODEKOV_MUSEUM at the beginning of the route.
For your safety, we recommend buying an e-ticket, and in case of purchase at the ticket office, use contactless forms of payment. Both ticket offices (Shevchenko,11, Turgeneva,86) and the museum store are equipped with terminals. You can buy an e-ticket on the museum website on the day of your visit, but we recommend buying tickets in advance. Return the ticket before the date of visit, indicated on it (until 23:59 the previous day). To return a ticket, fill out the electronic return form.

Ticket privileges are retained. Tickets of any category can be issued on the website. Do not forget to bring a document confirming the right to a benefit. It can be checked at the checkpoint.
