Internship platform - an innovative form of transferring best practices of the museum

October 11 at the Grodekov Museum was organized by the trainee platform for heads of school museums of Khabarovsk region, in the framework of the regional seminar and workshop organizers of tourist, local history and physical culture and sports activities "Updating the content of tourism and physical culture and sports activities within the concept of additional education for children until 2030. 

Participants were 30 teachers and teachers of supplementary education from ten municipal districts of the region.

The organizer of the training platform "Methods of creating a museum formation (school museum) in the general educational organization" was the sector of scientific and methodical work of the museum. 

The meeting provided an opportunity to share experience in addressing current issues in the organization and management of school museums.

Grodekovo museum staff spoke about the activities of the main divisions and shared their wealth of experience. 

Anna Stanislavovna Belykh, chief curator of collections, told in detail about the registration and storage function of the museum of the educational organization, accounting and description of museum objects, the main accounting records, the main and auxiliary collections book of the museum of the educational organization. 

Goncharova Ekaterina Vladimirovna, the head of museum and exhibition center, opened the peculiarities of the museum exhibition activity and held a practical lesson on the current exhibitions of Grodekovo museum. 

The question of the organization of the project-research activities of students on the basis of the school museum revealed Zyl Svetlana Timofeevna - head of the scientific and methodical work. 

The seminar ended with a fascinating curatorial tour of the exhibition "Who Are You, Arseniev?", conducted by Marina Belkina, head of the Cultural and Literary Studies Research Department. Listeners asked many questions about the life and work of V. K. Arseniev, as well as about the scientific aspect of the exhibition and received qualified answers from the author of the exhibition.

Innovative transformations are acquiring a systemic character today, the Grodekov Khabarovsk Krai Museum offers new forms of translation of the best work experience. It is important that this is another way to find methodological support for the heads of school museums, museum rooms and corners, allowing to make it more effective and targeted.
