Winning the Effective Philanthropy Charity Program: News and Results

January 26

The beginning of the year is traditionally full of competitions from various charitable state and non-state foundations.

Along with submitting applications to current contests, work is underway to implement projects that have already been approved and for which funds have been allocated in 2022. Today we will tell you about a project within the framework of the competition for providing support to grantees of anti-crisis contests of the charitable program "Effective Philanthropy Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation.

As part of this project, the stage of connecting IP telephony at the Grodekovo Museum is fully completed. Now it is possible not only to call quickly and receive information promptly in automatic mode, but also to leave a voice message to the employees. The employees, in their turn, can analyze incoming calls through their personal virtual PBX account and use this data to improve the quality of services provided over the phone.

As part of the project, we also purchased hybrid tour equipment - audio and radio guides with Bluetooth tags, and selected the main themes that will form the basis of the "stories" in the museum halls. Creating author's texts on the halls, recording the content is the next stage, the work on which has already begun.

The project is implemented by the winner of the contest at the invitation of the Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation's Effective Philanthropy program.
