Grodekovo Museum opened the exhibition "NATO. Chronicles of Cruelty".

April 29

The exhibition "NATO. Chronicles of Cruelty" opened April 29 in the permanent exhibition "Development of Khabarovsk Krai in the XXI century" at the Grodekovo Museum.

This exhibition anticipates a large multimedia educational project on the history of NATO crimes (1949-2022), on which Russian scientists, leading museums, archives and news agencies are working together.

This exhibition exhibits material on NATO's involvement in the Balkan Wars in the 1990s, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan in the 2000s, the conflict in Syria in the 2010s, as well as NATO's cooperation with Ukraine today. Strengthening NATO's position in the east remains a major issue in the international relations of the Russian Federation and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in the 2020s.

The exhibition was prepared by the State Central Museum of Contemporary History of Russia (SCMCHR) in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Central Museum of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Russian Historical Society (RHS), the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the MFA of the Russian Federation (MGIMO), the Association of Historical Parks "Russia - My History", the Information Telegraph Agency of Russia (TASS) and the FSUE "MIIA" Russia Today".

The exhibition will run for a month.
