The All-Russian action "In Praise of the Russian Genius" dedicated to the 225th anniversary of the birth of Alexander Pushkin is launched

From September 25 to October 15, 2024 within the framework of the interdepartmental cultural and educational project "Culture for Schoolchildren" the All-Russian action "In Praise of Russian Genius" will be held.

Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin is the greatest Russian poet and the founder of the modern Russian literary language. He will forever remain one of the most iconic figures of Russian culture. All of us get acquainted with the work of this world-famous poet from the very childhood - from "The Tale of the Fisherman and the Fish", and then as part of the school program we learn by heart poems, read his plays and prose. This year is the 225th anniversary of A.S. Pushkin's birth, and this significant event gives us one more opportunity to turn to the great legacy of the Russian genius.

Schoolchildren from all over Russia can take part in the creative competition, and show their literary, artistic and artistic abilities in the following nominations: "Pushkin and Theater" (theatrical productions based on the works of the poet); "Pushkin Readings" (reading the works of A. S. Pushkin); "Pushkin is with us in the new century" (own work dedicated to the poet and his creative heritage); "Pushkin in Painting" (portrait of A. S. Pushkin); "Pushkin in Painting" (portrait of A. S. Pushkin).S. Pushkin); "Pushkin is with us in the new century" (own work dedicated to the poet and his creative heritage); "Pushkin in painting" (portrait of A. S. Pushkin or illustration to one of his works).

To do this, you need to prepare a work in one or more of the proposed nominations and leave your application for participation in your personal cabinet on the portal "Culture for Schoolchildren.RF".

At the end of the campaign, an expert committee consisting of well-known figures in the field of theater and literature will select 50 of the most interesting works-winners, which will be published on the portal "Culture for Schoolchildren.RF".

The Culture for Schoolchildren project is implemented by the Ministry of Culture of Russia and the Ministry of Education of Russia together with the Center for Cultural Strategies and Project Management (ROSKULTPROEKT) and the Russian Culture Foundation.

It is very important that all creative actions of the project are aimed at helping children to find their vocation, to teach them to be proud of the unique culture of our great country.
