Two projects of Grodekovo museum became winners in the contest of projects of the "History of the Fatherland" fund.

Support was given to the Second Historical and Museum Forum in the Far East devoted to the 180th anniversary of N.I. Grodekov and to the publication of the catalog of the collection of the N.I. Grodekov Khabarovsk Krai Museum "Towels of the Eastern Slavs (Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians)".

II Far Eastern Historical and Museum Forum will be held in September with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Khabarovsk region, KNOTOK, Pedagogical Institute of the TOGU and Department of the Russian Historical Society in the Khabarovsk region.

The forum is a landmark event for the museum and scientific communities of the region. According to the plan of the organizers, the forum will include two parts: a workshop for museum workers of the Far East "Museum Kitchen 4.0: Museum named after..." (research and demonstration of memorialism in the museum space) and forum-dialog "Personality in history Vs. history in person".

The program director and moderator of the seminar is well-known museum expert L. Kopylov, president of the Friends of the Anna Akhmatova Museum at the Fountain House; the moderator of the forum-dialogue is R. G. Gagkuev, Ph.

A catalog of the collection from the collection of the N.I. Grodekov Khabarovsk Krai Museum "Towels of the Eastern Slavs (Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians)", dedicated to the historical and cultural heritage of the Slavs-settlers of the Russian Far East will be published in October. The book introduces a collection of one of the important material components of traditional Slavic culture - ornamented towels, kept in the museum.

It reflects the history and culture of Slavic settlers who populated the Russian Far East in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. It is based on unique museum items endowed with a wide range of functions and high semiotic status, most of which are introduced into scientific circulation for the first time.

This year, experts reviewed 364 applications. The obligatory condition for project support was its correspondence to one of the priority themes. As a result of the two-stage selection process, 149 projects were supported by the Foundation.
