From April 24 to May 22, 2023 in the framework of the national project "Culture for schoolchildren" the all-Russian action "Rasul Gamzatov through the eyes of children" dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the poet will take place. 

Rasul Gamzatov was not only a great poet, but also a wonderful publicist, prose writer and translator. The name of the Dagestani poet connects peoples and generations of our country. For the 100th anniversary of Rasul Gamzatov the interdepartmental project "Culture for schoolchildren" presents the All-Russian action, which will take place in two directions - cognitive and interactive.

From April 24 to 30 actors from the theaters of the Republic of Dagestan will recite the poems of Rasul Gamzatov. The videos will be posted on the portal "Kulturadlyashkolnikov.RF" and in the community group "Kultura 
for schoolchildren" social network "VKontakte". 

In the interactive part of the action, schoolchildren will be invited to recite their favorite poem by Rasul Gamzatov and publish the entry in the social network "VKontakte" with the hashtag #gamzatovkdsh.

Participants in the online competition will be judged in three age categories: 6 - 10 years; 11 - 14 years; 15 - 17 years.

At the end of the action, a jury will select 10 winners from each age category. The winners will receive certificates and gifts from the "Culture for Schoolchildren" project, and the best performances will be published 
on the portal "Kulturadlyashkolnikov.RF".
