In November 2024, the Khabarovsk Krai Museum named after N.I. Grodekov held career guidance activities "Museum Session" for students of history at the Higher School of Pedagogy and History of the TOGU. N.I. Grodekov Museum held career guidance activities "Museum Session" for students of history of the Higher School of Pedagogy and History of TOGU as part of the work to promote employment and adaptation of graduates to the labor market "Career Guidance". The organizers were the staff of the sector of scientific and methodological work together with Elena Astanina, Associate Professor of the Higher School of Pedagogy and History, Candidate of Historical Sciences.

On November 21, 3rd and 4th year students attended a lecture by Maxim Valerievich Gorshkov, dedicated to famous archaeologists of Khabarovsk Krai and their scientific research. 

On November 26 and 28, Svetlana Timofeevna Zyl, leading methodologist of the NMR sector, held a session "Museum pedagogy and its role in the system of cultural and educational activities of the Grodekovsky Museum" for 1st and 3rd year history students. As part of the museum session, students visited thematic excursions to the exhibitions "Gold!" and "Servant to the Tsar, Father to Soldiers...". 

This series of events is designed to help young people in choosing directions for further professional development and to form an understanding among history students about the activities of the Grodekovsky Museum, its place in the system of cultural and educational institutions.
