The project "Khabarovsk Khudgraf. Quality Mark" as part of the Year of the Teacher and Mentor

The project is aimed at popularizing the cultural heritage of the region, education in the history of education and art in the Far East of Russia. 

The Graphic Arts Department of the Khabarovsk Pedagogical Institute (now PI TOGU) is the only department in the Far East that trains not only artists, but also teachers of artistic and graphic disciplines. The level of works by its graduates is recognized at the all-Russian and international level, works by Far Eastern artists are included in the collections of Russian and foreign museums. Grodekov Museum has been closely connected with Khabarovsk Art Graduate School for many years, among the iconic names are Alexander Lepetukhin, Evgeny Volgushev, Grigory Zorin, Evgeny Fentisov, Bronislav Tamulevich, Vladimir Torgashin, Elvira Kirichenko, Andrey Ten, Svetlana Tamulevich and others. The works of the artists are not just part of the collection of paintings and drawings, they are represented in the exhibitions. Many authors took part in creating paintings and decorating permanent expositions, temporary exhibitions and printed editions. And today the graduates of the department work in the museum, being a part of our creative team. 

The project "Khabarovsk Artgraf. Quality Mark" is a series of thematic events of different formats, dedicated to the teaching traditions and creative heritage of the faculty, the cooperation between artists and the museum. During the year there will be creative meetings with masters and their students, exhibitions, lectures and tours.  

We invite students of painting, graphics, design and architecture, as well as everyone who is not indifferent!

At 16.00 in Grodekovsky Museum a lecture "Rebels of the 1970s. Khabarovsk non-conformist artists".
