From April 10 to 11, a strategic session on the development of museums in the Russian Far East was held in the conference hall of the Grodekovsky Museum. It made important decisions for the development of museums in the Far East.
On April 10, we conducted a SWOT analysis, made a map of current difficulties, discussed what global and Russian trends may affect our activities.
On April 11, participants made a strategic diamond, presented materials, and prepared for the final presentation.
The strategic session on museum development in the Far Eastern Federal District is held under the patronage of the Russian Ministry for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic.
