The premiere of the cartoon "By the Shelves" took place in the Grodekovo Museum
"I want to take my child to a museum. What is there interesting for him/her there?". On May 25, everyone who asked such a question received three different answers, and from the children themselves.
As part of the celebration of the 130th anniversary of the Grodekovsky Museum, the premiere of the cartoon "On the Shelves" took place. It included three stories about the museum created by the project participants.
Each cartoon is a personal story about a visit to the museum
For half a year the children mastered the technique of collage animation, got acquainted with the museum "backstage", studied the specifics of script creation, methods of recording and editing the sound track, etc. Our heroes are Katya Glukhovskaya, Sonya Bizyuleva and Semyon Kuts. The guests of the premiere received the cartoons with delight, watching each cartoon ended with long applause.

"We are tired but infinitely satisfied. The project is an experiment for all its participants. We are grateful to the guys for reaching the end without losing their fervor, without giving up on the goal. After all, six months is a very long period of time, it was easy to burn out or not dovetail with other creative hobbies. I admire the talent and perseverance of the guys!", - says Anastasia Tychenko, project manager and chief director.
Each cartoon is a personal story about a visit to the museum, about what you liked and disliked, about expectations, about fantasies related to the exhibits.
"We organized the work in such a way that each scenario is the author's work of the participants, there were no specific tasks or mandatory topics. Museum specialists immersed them in the context, gave some general schemes and principles, and helped to edit the texts," comments Margarita Pozdnyakova, curator of the project.

"Each participant has different creative experience and hobbies, different interests, different challenges. Sonia has the "Spring School of Animation" of Kartunization of Khabarovsk Krai under her belt, she is technically savvy. Katya is our youngest author, she is only 11 years old, for her the project is a test of her pen. And look what a great result! Semyon has autism, and the peculiarities associated with it not only did not interfere with the work, but even helped. Of course, such results are the merit of the parents who supported the children and our idea, and of the instigator of the process - our artist Nastya Tychenko," says Svetlana Vavilina, curator of the project.
We are especially grateful to our partners - Kartunization of Khabarovsk Krai.
