Museum Days on Amur

In the year of the 130th anniversary of the Grodekovsky Museum, Khabarovsk will become the museum capital of Russia for a few days! From April 8 to 9, a number of events will be held for the professional community and residents of the region.

April 8 an educational program "Museum Professionals" will be held for employees of museums of Khabarovsk Krai from leading experts in the field of information and fund security, promotion, marketing and Pushkin Card.

Directors of the country's leading federal museums will give public lectures at the city's universities.
On the same day, two exhibitions will open at the Far Eastern Art Museum: "Grodekov. The Beginning of the Collection" from the collection of the Far Eastern Art Museum and "Ainy. Traces of Civilization" from the collections of the M.A. Vrubel Omsk Museum of Fine Arts and the N.I. Grodekov HCM.

April 9 An extended meeting of the Presidium of the Union of Museums of Russia will be held. More than 150 heads and employees of museums from all over the country will discuss topical issues of museum development in the XXI century: problems and development prospects.

For museum staff, the day will conclude with a holiday concert.
