Class hour at School No. 30
On April 29, the Grodekovo Museum hosted a class hour "The Story of a Photograph" for students of the 8th A grade of Secondary School No. 30 in Khabarovsk. In front of an audience of classmates and parents, the students made speeches about prominent members of their family. Natalia Vladimirovna Nefedieva, teacher of Russian language and literature, teacher of the highest qualification category, was also the speaker of the class hour.
Natalia Nefedieva's report was dedicated to her grandfather, Alexander Zakharovich Tarasov. Alexander Zakharovich took part in the battles of the conflict in the CEL, as a Knight of the Order of the Red Banner as part of the Special Far Eastern Red Banner Army platoon made an unprecedented mass relay ski race "Khabarovsk - Moscow" (December 1929 - January 1930), whose goal was to report the victory and to demonstrate the power and will of the Soviet people.
Polina Sokolova introduced her classmates with the biography of her great-grandfather, retired Colonel Victor Fedorovich Ishekov, who devoted many years of his life to service in the Headquarters of the Air Defense Forces of the Eastern Military District.
Leila Mirzoeva's story was dedicated to her great-grandfather Shchetnev Veniamin Fedorovich, a military pilot and design engineer of the Komsomolsk-on-Amur aircraft plant named after Yuri Gagarin.
Victoria Borysenko told about her great-grandfather Alexander Alexandrovich Khudoroshko, a fighter of the legendary partisan detachment "Death to Fascism," a member of the battles near Vyazma in the summer of 1942 and the battle for Koenigsberg.
In his speech, Vsevolod Kim shared with the class a story about his uncle, Alexei Sergeyevich Gorbunov, who, as an 8th grader at Khabarovsk School No. 45, was on guard duty at Post No. 1 at the Eternal Flame of the Memorial on the Square of Glory on May 9, 1988.
Vitalina Udalova dedicated her speech to her great-grandfather Valentin Sidorovich Bondarenko, a teacher at the Dalnerechensk DOSAAF driving school.
Alexandra Tretyakova told about her great-grandfather Mikhail Udovichenko. In the composition of the 9th Air Army of the 1st Far Eastern Front, Mikhail participated in the war with militaristic Japan in 1945, then he went through the Korean War in 1950-1953, was awarded medals "For services in combat" and "For the victory over Japan", the Order of the Red Banner and the Order of the Red Star, as well as medal of the PRC "Chinese-Soviet friendship".
