The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs has announced the beginning of accepting applications for the Rosmolodezh.Grants Season 1 competition. Citizens of the Russian Federation from 14 to 35 years old inclusive can take part. It is necessary to declare your project until 12:00 (Moscow time) on April 30.

"The Rosmolodezh grant competition annually raises the bar not only in terms of the number of initiatives formed by young people, but also in terms of the quality of elaboration, socially useful effect of the realized projects. You should apply for a project aimed at solving a specific social problem. The initiative should be relevant to a certain target audience and not be aimed at making a profit. 

A project can only be submitted in one of 18 categories:

• #obeconnect - projects aimed at supporting intercultural dialog and international cooperation;
• # protect - projects aimed at countering the ideology of extremism and terrorism in the youth environment;

• #soconserve_nature - projects aimed at environmental education;
• # move_communities - projects aimed at supporting and developing the college student community;
• #inspire - projects aimed at supporting creative initiatives and developing cultural and educational environment;
• # share_experience - projects aimed at transferring successful experience to young people and developing mentoring in the youth environment;
• #beregy - projects aimed at promoting civic identity;
• #open_country - projects aimed at developing the tourist attractiveness of regions and youth tourism;
• # be_healthy - projects aimed at popularizing sports and healthy lifestyle;
