2024 Annual Forum "Strong Ideas for New Times"

The Forum is realized under the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation in cooperation with the ROSCONGRESS Foundation.

Russian citizens can submit their ideas in seven areas, each of which has up to 17 topics.

You can share your ideas in a wide range of areas and at different levels of maturity: from an entry-level initiative to a detailed project. The main thing is that these proposals should benefit the country and people. The degree of development of the application can vary - from an idea to a ready-made solution with an implementation plan.

Effective labor and education

effective state

When submitting an idea in any direction, you can also choose cross-cutting tracks: digital solutions, youth initiatives and international cooperation.

The first proposals from Khabarovsk Krai have already started to arrive at the forum. Among the initiatives submitted, the "Quality of Life" and "Effective Government" areas are the leaders. In total, there are already more than a thousand applications from the country's residents.

Proposals and projects can be posted at the forum's crowdfunding platform until January 31st of this year.
