WHERE THE DRAGON SLEEPS
Natalya Mamojonovna Digor was born in the village of Kondon, Sunny District, Khabarovsk Krai. Her whole life is connected with this ancient place filled with myths, legends, fairy tales...

Just as hundreds of years ago Nanai craftswomen carved ornamental lace for their products, Natalia creates her own ethnic patterns, only they are not stencils from birch bark and fish skin, but paper paintings. They are portraits of the villagers, scenes of shamanic shamanism, artistic narration of ancient myths. A book of Nanai fairy tales "Legends and Tales of our Childhood" was published in 2022, illustrations to which were invented and carved by N. Digor. They are also presented at the exhibition.
