It was the detonator of major revolutions, as a result of which the Russian, Austro-Hungarian, German and Ottoman empires ceased to exist. The life of the whole world, the whole country, including the Amur Region, was changed. At that time, the Amur Region was the most distant rear area of the Russian Empire from the Eastern (Russian) Front.
