The Laboratory of Museum Design was presented at the Grodekovo Museum

On September 29, the presentation of the first stage of the Museum Design Laboratory, a large project "It's All About Fish", took place. The meeting was held in the exposition "Traditional Culture of Indigenous Peoples of Khabarovsk Krai", which will be the point of attraction for all residents and expert curators of the Laboratory for the next seven months.

Museum specialists and Khabarovsk designers, who acted as curators of the Lab, spoke about what they expect from the project, from the collaboration with creators, shared their experience of working with ethnic motifs and museum collections. The residents were presented with a thematic plan of classes, including practical and theoretical blocks, and were told about the opportunities and prospects of participation in the project.

Guests of the event in turn asked questions and shared what topics they thought should be covered at future meetings.
