The history of the Far East was discussed at the museum

October 11 marked the start of the II Interregional Youth Forum "Russia: Ethnic Comfort.

History, culture, traditions of the peoples of the Far East". The general director of the museum also took part in the scientific block as a member of the jury. After the scientific block, the students moved to the museum to participate in the discussion platform "The Russian Far East: History and Modernity" (for the 150th anniversary of the Treaty of Aigun). There they were personally met by Ivan Kryukov. He shared his impressions of their participation in the forum and expressed pride in the active role of young people in studying and preserving the cultural heritage of the Far East.

At the panel discussion, participants discussed the importance of preserving ancestral memory and culture, and considered the role of key personalities in the development of the Far Eastern territories. 
In the end, the students were given a tour of the exhibition "Alexander II: Liberator and Reformer" from the collection of the Moscow Kremlin Museums.
