The Grodekov Museum's General Director's mission to St. Petersburg continues

Ivan Kryukov visited several events of the Department of Museums and External Relations of the Ministry of Culture of Russia and discussed the exchange of exhibitions with representatives of museums.

On November 11, there was a plenary session of the exhibition and educational event dedicated to the celebration of the 350th anniversary of Peter the Great.

On the same day the director general took part in the strategic session on summarizing the results of the cycle of exit presentation and expert-methodological events "Museum Routes of Russia - 2022", directed to the development and promotion of museums.

In addition, Ivan Kryukov attended an event dedicated to the preparation for the celebration of the 150th anniversary of Rachmaninoff's birth.

The program includes a presentation of the exhibition "Sergei Rachmaninov - Fyodor Chaliapin: Parallels and Crossings", which includes unique documents, posters, portraits of Sergei Rachmaninov and Fyodor Chaliapin.

During the trip, the director general also met with museum representatives to discuss inter-museum partnerships.

Next year we plan to cooperate with the Central Museum of Railway Transport of the Russian Federation. Within the framework of this cooperation the Khabarovsk Krai Museum named after N.I. Grodekov will give an exhibition of Vladimir Arsenyev. N.I. Grodekov will donate an exhibition about Vladimir Arsenyev.

An agreement has also been reached with the Russian National Museum of Music. In this regard, next year in the Khabarovsk region will be shown the traveling exhibition "Sergei Rachmaninoff - Fyodor Chaliapin: Parallels and Crossings.

Ivan Kryukov also discussed the implementation of exchange exhibition projects with representatives of the Art-Donbass Art Museum. Grodekovsky Museum plans to open an exhibition devoted to the DNR, and "Art-Donbass" will open an exhibition about Vladimir Klavdievich Arseniev.
