Ivan Kryukov visited Kaliningrad region in April

The director general of the Khabarovsk Krai Museum named after N.I. Grodekov was in Kaliningrad on April 17-25. From April 17 to 25 he was in Kaliningrad and Svetlogorsk. As part of his business trip Ivan Kryukov discussed cooperation with colleagues from federal museums and museums of the Kaliningrad region, and also took part in the Fifth Baltic Cultural Forum.

At a meeting with I.V. Korneev, director of the State Borodino Military Historical Museum-Reserve, we discussed the exchange of exhibitions and planned to exhibit "Napoleon Bonaparte. From Toulon to St. Helena..." from the museum-reserve to the N.I. Grodekov HCM.

With the Director of the Russian Museum of Ethnography, Yu.A. Kupina, we considered the possibility of implementing the exhibition project "Home is rich with children" from the collection of the RME, and with I.Ya.

A meeting was also held with the director of the Kaliningrad Regional Museum of History and Art, E.S. Manyuk, during which they also discussed issues of cooperation and exchange of exhibitions.

As part of the business trip the director general took part in the Fifth Baltic Cultural Forum. Ivan Kryukov attended the plenary session, the opening of the exhibition "Stalingrad. The feat of creation" from the collection of the Russian State Historical Museum, the discussion platform "More than a museum", the discussion "Museum souvenir as an important marketing tool" in the framework of the Open lecture "Culture 2.0", the expert platform "Current issues of building an effective model of training for the cultural sector: the interaction of educational institutions and employers" and the panel discussion "Museums in the digital age: from multimedia in exhibitions to online broadcasting".
