Information note on holding the All-Russian Annual Action "Garden of the Link of Generations" in 2025

Every year on May 19, the Foundation for Assistance to Social Projects "BLAGOVEST" implements the All-Russian action "GARDEN - Liaison of Generations" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action") as part of the All-Russian spiritual, patriotic, social and environmental project "Liaison of Generations". (hereinafter referred to as the "Action"), as part of the All-Russian spiritual-patriotic, social-ecological project "Linking Generations".

The purpose of the Action: to create a new tradition - planting of saplings within the framework of the Action "Garden - Link of Generations", celebrated annually on May 19 in order to support and develop socio-cultural values that unite our society, to form a careful attitude to nature, to visually and colorfully demonstrate the importance of work in the long term, to form circumstances for the spiritual unity of people and patriotic education of youth.

Objectives of the Campaign:

• Simultaneous planting of seedlings (mainly fruit trees depending on climatic conditions);
• To attract as many participants as possible to this Promotion;
• Shaping the culture of planting and maintenance of orchards;
• Correction of consumer attitude to nature.

Всероссийский духовно-патриотический, социально-экологический Проект «СВЯЗЬ ПОКОЛЕНИЙ» (далее — «Проект») реализуется в соответствии с Указами Президента Российской Федерации № 809 от 9 ноября 2022 г. «Об утверждении Основ государственной политики по сохранению и укреплению традиционных российских духовно-нравственных ценностей», № 28 от 16.01.2025 г. «О проведении в Российской Федерации Года защитника Отечества».

The Project involved Russian residents in 2023 - 55 regions, in 2024 - 78 regions (including new territories of the Russian Federation).

The project was supported by ministries, departments and leadership of many Russian regions, veteran public organizations, enterprises and educational institutions.
