One Minute of Silence" action
On June 22 at 12:15 Moscow time a minute of silence, a minute of mourning is declared simultaneously in all Russia.
The Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 lasted 1418 days, 4 years of fierce battles and heroic deeds against the Nazi invaders. The invaders completely or partially destroyed and burned more than 1,700 villages and towns. During the war more than 27 million people died defending their homes, their families and their homeland! And every Russian family has its own hero who contributed to the great victory...
Throughout the country, life will stop for one minute at 12:15 p.m., and in Khabarovsk, the clock will be 7:15 p.m. People will bow their heads and remember their loved ones who survived the bloodiest war of the 20th century:
- The broadcasting of television and radio and cable channels is interrupted;
- Cash registers in shopping malls stop working;
- public transport stops;
- personal cars are stopped;
- at enterprises where the process cycle allows.
Let's join the action and remember one of the most tragic pages in the history of our Motherland. Our duty is to carry the story of those terrible events through the years, passing them down from generation to generation, so that no one will ever forget the lessons of history and the role our country played in the victory over Fascism!
In the Khabarovsk Regional Museum. N.I. Grodekov Museum will hold a "Moment of Silence" event during a musical evening "Memory, memory, call for yourself..."
